These are the scheduled days we will not have classes at your child’s facility.
We do not follow your regular school district schedule.

Monday April 13th thru 17th (Spring Break/Easter)
Summer 8 week session

Payment Policy and Tuition Rates
For participation in all our classes students must be registered prior to the start and all registration forms completed in full.
Payments are accepted only with Credit Card on our secured site!
Full Term Monthly Tuition - $49
Auto payment thru credit cards only, on 1st of each month
8 Week Sessions - $98 in FULL at registration
Auto payment thru credit cards only
12 Week Semester - $147 in FULL at registration
Auto payment thru credit cards only
Monthly tuition cancellation must be done thru email to us at: michele@dancecenters.net before the 1st of the month.
If received after the 1st it will be discontinued the next month.
Liability Waiver
As The Parent Of The Above Mentioned Participant I Am Aware That Any Physical Movement Program Could Result In Injury, And I Permit Them To Participate In The Joy of Movement program presented by Dance Centers.
In The Event of Such An Injury, I Release DANCE CENTERS, IT’S OWNER’S, EMPLOYEES, FRANCHISEES, INSTRUCTORS, AND STAFF From All Liability From His/Her Participation In The Program.
I give permission to use photographic images & video of my child without identification for advertising & promotional purposes.
I also understand the terms and conditions of this agreement
and will abide by those guidelines.
